OpenWorks Engineering Secures Bronze in Armed Forces Covenant

OpenWorks has achieved Bronze in the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), recognising our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.

The Employer Recognition Scheme highlights organisations that actively support members of the Armed Forces community through their policies, culture, and employment practices. Achieving the Bronze Award demonstrates OpenWorks’ pledge to upholding the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant.

The Armed Forces Covenant represents a promise across the UK: that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families, should be treated fairly and with respect in civilian life. Employers play a vital role in this commitment by recognising the unique skills and resilience that service personnel, reservists, and veterans bring to the workforce.

At OpenWorks, we value the experience and mindset developed through military service. The ability to operate under pressure, collaborate effectively, and deliver with precision mirrors the approach we take in engineering our dynamic products every day.

Receiving the Bronze Award marks an important milestone and reflects our intention to actively support the Armed Forces community as part of our wider commitment to responsible and inclusive employment.

OpenWorks Engineering proudly supporting those who serve.
