We are now tendering for a number of potential activities to allow us to cost an expansion of our production facilities to meet the rapidly increasing demand for our existing SkyWall net capture products and our recently launched Vision Flex Autonomous Optics products.

Tenders will be assessed and scored on the basis of price and the ability to deliver in a specified timescale. Submissions are welcome for individual elements or multiple elements combined.

Mezzanine Stairs

Design, supply and install of 2x staircases with railings/landings to provide access to existing mezzanine floors from the ground floor.

Partition Rooms

Design, supply and install 1^st floor modular partition walls to produce an open plan assembly/test workshop, ground floor sound insulated test room.  Design, supply and install stud walls on top of an existing mezzanine floor to produce a expanded office space and meeting rooms.  Additionally, we require a shower room to be created in the warehouse area of the facility. Electrical/Network Installation

Design, supply and install of electrical and network hardware in new workshop/office facilities.  The dimensions and required specifications of each space are detailed on the drawing pack that is available upon request from Neil Armstrong, neil.armstrong@openworksengineering.com

Air-conditioning and ventilation

We are looking for a contractor to advise, supply and install an addition to an existing air-conditioning system that will control the temperature of the newly constructed workshop and office space. We also require supplementary ventilation in the new workshop and office space. Workshop racking

We require the following workshop racking to be suppled and assembled on site:

• 2x 1200mm x 600mm x 2000mm high. 5 shelves rated at 200kg/shelf
• 4x 1200mm x 600mm x 1000mm high. 3 shelves rated at 200kg/shelf

ESD compliant workbenches

We are looking for a contract to supply and assemble the following ESD compliant workbenches:

16x 1800mm long x 750mm deep, ESD compliant workbenches each with 2x installed double 240v power point and 1x network socket. Benches must also include rear louvre panel and shallow upper shelf above the workbench.

 

Decoration services

We require a contract to supply the necessary materials and labour in order to paint the workspaces that are detailed in the requirements above.
