We are now tendering for a number of potential activities to allow us to cost an increase in capability for our production facilities to meet the rapidly increasing demand for our existing SkyWall net capture products and our recently launched Vision Flex Autonomous Optics Products.

Closing date for all tenders is Friday 21st February 2025.

Tenders will be assessed and scored on the basis of price and the ability to deliver in a specified timescale.  Submissions are welcome for individual elements combined.

OpenWorks needs to purchase a collimator test system comprising of the following components to meet the minimum requirements stated below:

• Off-axis parabolic mirror diameter: > 150mm
• Focal Length: > 700mm
• Spectral Range: 0.4 to 14 μm
• Reflectivity of mirrors: >0.97
• Surface accuracy of mirrors: λ/8 P-V (λ = 633 nm) within 90% of clear aperture
• Wavefront accuracy at collimator output: λ/3 P-V (λ = 633 μm) and 20 rms
• Motorised, 6-position target wheel
• Motorised adjustable projected distance
  • Distance range: 50m to infinity
  • Accuracy of projected distance: 2.5%
• Auto Collimator Module
  • To allow checking of mechanical/optical alignment to <20μrad
  • Internal CMOS sensor
  • Motorised visible light beam-splitter
  • Corner cube retro-reflector with 5μrad accuracy

• Knife-edge/Half-moon target for LSF/MSF measurements
• Pin hole target for alignment tests
• Photosensitive target for LRF alignment
• USAF 1951 resolution target

• Emmissive Surface: >100mm diameter
• Temperature Range: 20-70˚C
• Stability: +/-0.05˚C

• Useable area: >40mm diameter
• Luminance: 50-2000 cd/m2
• Stability: +/-0.1%
