European Federal Police Force Reviews SkyWall100

SkyWall100 was reviewed by a leading European Federal Police force during live fire demonstrations.

As part of a system of systems approach, SkyWall100 worked alongside other complementary technologies at a recent test/demonstration event. SkyWall100 captured all of the targets engaged during the event and showed how net capture technology can work alongside other techniques to provide a high assurance of protection.

The demonstration also showed how collateral damage is minimised when a parachute is included, as with the SkyWall SP40 projectile.

SkyWall on show at Security and Policing 2018

The OpenWorks team will be showing a production SkyWall100 drone defence system and the latest information on SkyWall300 at the Security and Policing event at Farnborough March 6-8th.

SkyWall is a system that enables any security authority the ability to protect assets from the threats posed by drones. SkyWall100 is a portable, cost-effective system that captures a drone in a net and then brings it to the ground under a parachute.

The latest SkyWall300 system will be presented alongside the long-range net capture projectile, the SP40-ER, that will be capable of capturing errant UAS multiple kilometres away.
